Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.

My order status says “Processing.” What does that mean?
“Processing” means we have received your order and it is being prepared. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and the status will update to “Completed.”

How do I return a product?
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and we recommend sending returns with a tracking number. Please note that we are not responsible for lost returns.

For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, masks, and beauty products cannot be returned.

Why can’t underwear, masks, and beauty products be returned?
These items are considered hygiene products. To ensure customer safety, we cannot accept returns of underwear, masks, or beauty items. This policy is standard practice among suppliers for health and safety reasons.

Do you cover return shipping costs?
No. Customers are responsible for covering return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.

What if I received an incorrect, defective, damaged, or missing product?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue when contacting customer service. We will review your case and resolve it as quickly as possible.

How long does the return process take, and when will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is complete.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, refunds are usually processed by the bank within 5–7 business days after we confirm receipt of your return.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery time is generally 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Can I change something in my order?
If you need to change the size or color of an item, please contact us right away. Changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order or before it has been processed.
