Couriers & Shipping Partners
Jordaine partners with trusted local couriers, including DHL and Post, to ensure your order is delivered safely and directly to your home or your local post office.
Payment & Order Authorization
Your payment will be processed at the time of placing your order. For security reasons, all transactions must be reviewed and authorized before we can dispatch your items.
To protect against credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing details or those requiring further verification may be delayed or, in some cases, canceled.
Order Processing & Changes
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. For this reason, we are unable to make any changes to your order, including shipping address updates.
Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
We only deliver to the shipping address provided at checkout. You will be charged only for the items ordered, along with any applicable shipping and tax fees.
Processing & Shipping Times
- Order Processing: Typically takes 1–3 business days.
- Shipping Time: After dispatch, orders generally arrive within 5–15 business days.
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.
Please note: Delivery timelines may be longer during holidays or peak seasons, and certain high-demand items may take extra time to process due to stock availability.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different days depending on our production partners' locations.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday–Friday).
We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to deliver every order on time, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. These can include:
- Customs clearance
- Local postal disruptions
- Public holidays
- Severe weather conditions
- Labor strikes or demonstrations
These events are beyond our control and may result in longer-than-estimated delivery times.
Missing or Delayed Orders
In 99% of cases, orders arrive within the estimated timeframe. However, delays can occasionally occur.
If your order hasn't arrived within 3 days after the expected delivery date, please reach out to us at info@jordaine.com and we’ll assist you promptly.
You can also track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email.
