Return Policy

When purchasing a product from Jordaine, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no explanation required.

  • This withdrawal period starts the day after you, or a person designated by you, receives the product.
  • During this period, please handle the product and packaging with care. You may inspect or try the product only to the extent necessary to determine whether you wish to keep it.
  • If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, and preferably in the original packaging, following the clear return instructions provided by our team.

How to Request a Return

If you wish to withdraw from the purchase:

  • Notify us in writing via email at info@jordaine.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Once confirmed, you have another 14 days to return the item.
  • You must provide proof of return — for example, a shipping receipt with a tracking number.

Received the Wrong Product?

Mistakes can happen — and we’re here to fix them fast.
If you’ve received the wrong item, please:

  • Send a photo of the incorrect product to info@jordaine.com.
  • Our customer service team will review it and guide you through the next steps.

Received a Damaged or Defective Product?

We do our best to ensure every item meets our quality standards, but in rare cases, something may go wrong. If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Simply send us an email at info@jordaine.com with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item.
  • You do not need to return the defective product. You may keep or dispose of it as you wish.
  • Once the damage is verified from the photo, we will send you a free replacement as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered.
  • The product is not in its original condition or packaging.
  • The item falls under non-returnable categories such as:
    • Underwear
    • Face masks
    • Hygiene and beauty products
  • The defect is not the result of an error on our part.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, any return shipping charges will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
